I am very grateful to the Almighty because today was an amazing day........the way it was before the needling and bantering......before he came into my life.
I practiced yoga.
I walked.
I went to the periodontist and got a clean bill of health.
It was calm, quiet and serene.
I am grateful to the Almighty for a wonderful day.
