I am grateful to the Almighty because He has sent Charles into my life and it is Charles who is teaching me to slow down.
I am making a conscious effort to do just that. I can enjoy my home and my life because my enemies are dead and I no longer need strategies for survival. I can enjoy each moment slowly. I don't have to conjure up the people who abused me.
Thank you Almighty for sending this wonderful man into my life.
