I am grateful to the Almighty because He has given me courage to create a life of peace.
I am letting go of that which doesn't serve me so that I can heal. I am recognizing false dreams and letting go.
Today is a day filled with therapy, chores, friends and life.
I am grateful to the Almighty for this.
