ENJOY THE MOMENT

I am grateful to the Almighty because I finally am beginning to understand what living in the moment is about.

I have always been busy as my main strategy to keep myself safe from my abusers.

Now I can be.

Now I can breathe.

Now I can enjoy.

I slept later and even though my stomach is in knots from the stored anxiety, I'm going to walk on this beautiful day and just be.......

I will be interviewed at the Central Island Nursing Home today.  I enjoyed Plainview Cares yesterday and I'm going back on Thursday.

I am finally retired the same way other people are.

I am enjoying the moment.

I am grateful to the Almighty for this.

LIVING IN REALITY

I am grateful to the Almighty because I am slowly learning to accept the reality of life with my abusive parents and husband.

I am crying when I need to and want to.

I am a strong and capable woman and the Almighty will help me to survive this.

I am grateful.

GRATEFUL FOR A NEW DAY

I am grateful to the Almighty for a new day.

GRATEFUL FOR ITS TIME TO GO

I am grateful to theAlmighty because He helped me attend a workshop at my yoga studio where I learned about ANGEL ORACLE CARDS.

The card that I chose today said, "IT'S TIME TO GO!"

It meant that it's time to let go of a relationship, even the relationship that I had in my head with the psycho.

I will take my therapists advice and have patience. I know that the torment of remembering this relationship will end.

Thank you Almighty.

I am grateful to the Almighty for helping me become the new me and for helping me to be mindful that I must live in reality.

I am grateful to the Almighty for His helping me to understand that our cells die every day as new ones form in our bodies.

The old me is dying and the new me is forming.

I am grateful to the Almighty for this awakening.

GRATEFUL FOR THE BREATHE

I am grateful to the Almighty for every breathe that I take.

When I inhale and exhale deeply my anxiety subsides.

It is for this that I am grateful.
