GRATEFUL FOR THE SABBATH

I am grateful to the Almighty because it is the Sabbath.

I will attend services at PJC.

I will read, walk, rest and enjoy the day.

I am so grateful to the Almighty because He has allowed me to live and to be a healthy and happy grandmother.

GRATEFUL FOR BEGINNING TO UNDERSTAND MY TRUE SELF

I am grateful to the Almighty because I practiced yoga yesterday in Elyse's class and I'm beginning to take care of my TRUE SELF.

I'm learning to understand myself and my needs.

I'm showing myself compassion.

I'm learning to stand up for me because I love myself!!!

GRATEFUL FOR CONTENTMENT

I am grateful to the Almighty for the contentment that I feel in my life.

I am healthy.  I am happy.  I'm not envious of others.  I have friends, activities and joy.

Yesterday I ordered a dishwasher with my friend Karen.  I also bought new telephones. There was so much laughing between the two of us.  She makes a wonderful friend.

Freddy will come to hook up the phones.  Michael picked up my taxes.  Life is good and I am really happy.

Today I will again practice yoga and walk at The Home Depot.  I have my Tuesday lunch with the ladies and tonight is Yoga with Sisterhood.

I am grateful for this new feeling of contentment.

GRATEFUL FOR LET IT BE

I am grateful to the Almighty because when I practiced yoga in Doreen's class yesterday she talked about OBSERVING, ACCEPTING and then LETTING IT BE.......

That will be so helpful to me as I continue on my new road.

Today I will practice yoga in Margaret's class Hopefully Karen will be able to come so that we can order a new dishwasher.......more later!

Karen was able to come.  I ordered a Kitchen Aid dishwasher and phones from P.C. Richard. The dishwasher will be delivered on Thursday March 12 and the phones will be put in by Freddy.  Karen checked the phone lines too.  Michael picked up my tax statements.

I am grateful to the Almighty for these people in my life.

GRATEFUL FOR THE JOY IN MY LIFE

I am grateful to the Almighty for all the new joys in my life.

Yesterday I sponsored the Cholent Kiddush in honor of the birth of my granddaughter Madalyn Bean.....

Today I will be practicing yoga in Doreen's class.

I will then go to PJC and help to pack the Purim baskets.

I will walk at The Home Depot too.

I will put gas in the truck and go to Fairway. I'm making salmon for dinner.

Michael will get my tax material.

I will read, talk to Karen and relax.

Thank you Almighty for the new joys in my life.
