I am grateful to the Almighty because He sent me to yoga and I have learned so much about myself.
It seems that I create FALSE DREAMS AND ILLUSIONS and then expect people to live up to them. I take responsibility for this and vow to change.
I also must learn to continue to love myself and take care of myself.
I am grateful to the Almighty for this.

Today I went to services at PJC and Charles went to an Islander game with Frank.
It's a joy to know that he has friends and a life.

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has taught me to appreciate the moment and that is exactly what I'm doing.
I did wake up in the middle of the night and my brain began to think. I told it to be quiet and I went back to sleep using my sleep strategies. Michael picked up the paperwork this morning and we chatted for a while too.
I think that I'm going to have to end the nocturnal visits from my brother because that triggers memories that I don't need to remember. During the day, if we do something.......that's another story.
I'm off to practice yoga and get my hair blown out.
Charles is coming for the weekend and tonight is Shabbos!

I am grateful to the Almighty because He encouraged me to practice yoga and it was in practicing that I learned "to be" in the moment.
I woke up at 5:30 this morning and couldn't go back to sleep. Michael was supposed to pick up my tax statements (He canceled and will come tomorrow.) I started to think about all sorts of things that were triggers and couldn't get back to sleep.
I knew, because of my yoga background that I had to move forward and "be" in the moment.
I did. I practiced yoga. I went to the post office, to Trader Joe's and ShopRite and got myself back in the glory of living my new life.
I am grateful to the Almighty because I learned this.

Dinner with Charles in Smithtown and the meeting that we attended were wonderful.
The shots that we did at home were great too.
We had breakfast.....Michael will be picking up my tax forms tomorrow at 8:30 as I am practicing yoga at 9:30.
Today I read the papers and finished my book......ready to start the book for the Sports Book Club.
I'm cleaning 2 bathrooms this morning!
I'm not practicing yoga as I am walking at Sunken Meadow with Charles.
I'm having dinner with Margie too!

It was through yoga that I learned who I am and what my wants and needs are.
Yesterday was a wonderful day! I practiced yoga with Charles, read, cleaned, went to The Golden Palace with the girls and played Mahjong.
Today I will be practicing yoga in Leslie's class. I will read, clean the kitchen and relax. Charles is picking me up to go to dinner and then to a Save the Theatre meeting in St. James where the focus will be fundraising. He will be sleeping over too.
Life is good and I'm grateful to the Almighty for this. I'm getting to know me!
