GRATEFUL FOR SHABBOS!

Good Shabbos!!!  


As is my custom, I reviewed the week and was grateful to the Almighty that it was a god one.   I learned to be on guard with him.  I know that I vowed not to mention him again, but it was necessary.


I did lots of nice things and had a full week.   Yesterday I went to a new yoga class that I finally enjoyed.   I went to Lady Foot Locker and bought a new nail color.   


I read, walked, spoke to friends and am looking forward to the condo.


I am grateful to the Almighty for my smile this morning.


Off to synagogue!!!!

GRATEFUL FOR INFORMATION

I am so happy that I have learned how to listen for information so that I can make informed decisions about my life.  That makes me smile.


I have been collecting information this summer because I have played with the idea of retirement and there is no way that, God willing, if I stay healthy that I would even consider it.


I am grateful to the Almighty for the ability to evaluate information.

GRATEFUL FOR A QUIET DAY

The weather is beautiful.  I walked early which then allowed me to get an hour's worth of sun.  Then I took the doggie and got Dunkin' Donuts.   I had breakfast and read the papers.  


All this with a minimum amount of talking.


I so appreciate the day.


I am so grateful for a quiet day.  It's beautiful!!!

GRATEFUL FOR MY LIFE!!!

I'm so happy that it's summer.  I love the relaxing feeling of walking in the morning and then doing things that I choose to do leisurely.


One of my new friends called me yesterday because she was worried about me.  I called back today to assure her that I was fine.  I would be on guard this summer, but I would enjoy it.


Yesterday, I had my private yoga class and discovered that on Friday there are 2 yoga classes that I can attend that I have never been to before!!!!  I'm going.


It rained yesterday and I met up with 2 other friends who walk the mall.


My Financial Planner visited last night as I need to change my stock portfolio.


Tonight, I'm going out to dinner and then to a Book Discussion.


I have a full life and I'm grateful to the Almighty for it!!!

GRATEFUL FOR LEARNING

It was a very difficult day yesterday.   I realized that he looks at my vacation as a long time to carry on and upset me.  He's back to the same nasty accusations and sadly, he has more time to do it since I'm around more.


I cried so much, I scared myself. I could have a heart attack like this.


I know that things will never change.  I need to keep my guard up around him even though it's summer. 


If this had to happen, I'm glad it was at the beginning of the summer so I can figure out strategies.


I will succeed with the Almighty's help.

GRATEFUL FOR SUMMER

It's only 7AM and I'm going to walk!!!!  I don't have to worry about school stuff!!!!  I'm on VACATION and I'm loving it.
