GRATEFUL FOR A REALIZATION

I am grateful to the Almighty for the realization that I had today.

It is very unusual for me to have two posts BUT this realization was amazing.

I practiced yoga today.  The instructor's class theme was FREEDOM FROM FEAR.  I went deeper than that and started to think about how I AM BEGINNING TO SEE THINGS THE WAY THAT THEY REALLY ARE.

It was at this point I realized that I AM FREE!!!!!!

I have never had that feeling before and I was grateful to the Almighty that I have come to this point in my life.

Thank you Almighty.
