I am grateful to the Almighty for the new life that I am living. I am working very hard to let go of that which doesn't serve me.
Last night's Yoga Nidra was awesome.
Today is my appointment with the periodontist. I hope all will go well. I pray to the Almighty that it will.
Tonight in my Woman's Meditation Circle.
I will walk, practice yoga and read too.
I am grateful to the Almighty for my new life.
