I am grateful to the Almighty for all the joys in my new life.
I am grateful for the peace....the quiet and the tranquility of my life.
I don't have to wake up with fear or strategies for survival.
Surprisingly enough understanding the joy and peace of life was the theme of Doreen's yoga class. I walked at The Home Depot. I shopped at Trader Joe's. The truck got gas. I got a manicure and bought a present for a Bris that I was invited to next Sunday. The truck got washed.
Life is peaceful, quiet and joyful.
Thank you Almighty.
