GRATEFUL FOR FREEDOM

I am grateful to the Almighty for my freedom.

I no longer have the binds that controlled me and that has set me free.  I am enjoying every moment of my life.

Today I went to services at PJC.  I was delighted to be back home in my synagogue.  I will walk later and go to the pool.  I will read. (Later-  I met my girlfriend Rose at the pool and we confirmed plans for dinner before Sisterhood Book Club.  It's wonderful to feel comfortable wherever I go!!!!!)

Thank you, Almighty for my freedom.

GRATEFUL FOR A GOOD DAY

I am grateful to the Almighty because I am having a really good day.

I am happy that I accomplished so many things this week because we did not g to the condo.  I was able to attend two book discussions with friends.  I had a manicure/pedicure.  I took an Apple lesson.  I purchased food for the holidays.  I went to Bloomingdales and found two dresses for the holidays.  I had lunch with friends.  I was able to go to Chase Bank.  I was able to practice yoga at my studio and take 7 classes.   I went to the pool.

Tonight I will be able to usher in the Sabbath and tomorrow I will pray at PJC.

Thank you, Almighty for a wonderful day and a great week.

GRATEFUL FOR A NEW UNDERSTANDING

I am grateful to the Almighty for a new understanding of my life.

I walked early this morning so that I could compete the walk in a timely fashion and practice yoga.

My yoga class was amazing.  The instructor spoke of nurturing something on your mat and in your life so that it can grow.  Suddenly while doing the poses I had an amazing understanding of my life.  

Three years ago, I stopped nurturing relationships because I was picturing these relationships as flowers when in reality they are just plain weeds.  I began to focus on my needs and my good health and that's why I have been growing and developing.  As I did this, I realized that I had so much more ME TIME.  For example, today I'm going clothes shopping for the holidays.

I have kept this new revelation quiet because weeds don't want to understand.  

I am grateful to the Almighty for my new understanding.

GRATEFUL FOR THE CHANGE IN ME

I am grateful to the Almighty because there has been a wonderful change in me and I owe it all to Him.

I don't raise my voice to him anymore no matter what he says, no matter if he yells at me...........

He raised his voice twice at me, once because of a strange deposit in my Chase account and once because of an AOL issue.  He keeps bringing this up so that there can be a confrontation.

I don't raise my voice at all and it's driving him crazy!!!!!!!

The Almighty sent me to yoga and I learned to LET IT GO!!!!  The Almighty sent me to yoga and I learned to acknowledge and accept that which I could not change.  I am content and appreciate the abundance in my own life.

I am grateful to the Almighty for the change in me.

GRATEFUL FOR EACH DAY

I am grateful to the Almighty for each day of my life.

I am healthy.  I am happy.   I plan lots of interesting things to do.

Today I will walk and practice yoga.  This afternoon I have a mani/pedi scheduled. Yesterday I walked, practiced yoga, took an Apple lesson and attended a book club discussion.

Life is good and I am grateful for each day.

Thank you, Almighty.

I am loving it.

From walking, to yoga, to a book club, to DD coffee with the newspapers. Each moment is amazing.
