GRATEFUL FOR FEELING CALM AND PEACEFUL

I am grateful to the Almighty because I woke this morning feeling calm and very peaceful.

I know that it was because He sent me to yoga.

I'm going to walk this morning and then practice yoga.  I will do some errands later. In the evening I have a book club to attend.

I am grateful to the Almighty for the way that I feel.

GRATEFUL FOR YOGA

I am grateful to the Almighty because He sent my friend Hollie who talked me in to go to yoga classes.  What a blessing!!!!!

Sunday we drove out east to winterize the condo.  However, on the way there, we spoke of using it in the Fall and we planned activities through the end of October.  As soon as he got there, he proceeded to winterize the condo including disconnecting the cable boxes and calling cable to get $100 back because it was only the middle of the month.

Today he tried extremely hard to upset me about what he did.  He brought up health issues to scare me.  He told me that we could still go out east without television. He dared to tell me that he never watches television when we both know that the set is on day and night even to the point that I can't read in the kitchen when he makes salad because the television is on.  Nothing could upset me.  I made dinner and then went to a new yoga class.

I am grateful to the Almighty for this class because I feel so calm and at ease.

Thank you, almighty for yoga.

GRATEFUL FOR FLIP THE SWITCH

I am grateful to the Almighty because I attended a yoga class where the instructor spoke of flipping the switch.

It really works!!!!!!  I listen to what is being said to me and if it doesn't work, I let it go and flip the switch.

Thank you Almighty.

FLIP THE SWITCH

I am grateful to the Almighty because I have been practicing flipping the switch and it is working.

I also went to yoga today and learned that I am enough.  Nothing should change me.

GRATEFUL FOR LETTING GO

I am grateful to the Almighty because I understand how to let go of that which doesn't serve me.

I practiced yoga today and the instructor spoke of FLIPPING A SWITCH so that you begin the process of change.  It's not enough to tell yourself that it will happen, one must begin the process now.

That is what I will do.

Thank you Almighty for allowing me to hear this.

GRATEFUL FOR A NEW UNDERSTANDING

I am grateful to the Almighty for a new and deep understanding of life.

I NEED TO ACCEPT THAT WHICH I CANNOT CHANGE!! EVERYTHING IS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY.  AS LONG AS I DID MY BEST, THAT IS ALL THAT MATTERS!!!
