GRATEFUL FOR FREEDOM

I am grateful to the Almighty for the freedom that I have and the peace and contentment that I feel.

Yesterday was the Sabbath.  It is such a joy to attend services and chat with friends.  I feel so welcome and it makes me very happy.  I will be monitoring the caterer's kitchen while the Rabbi is away.  I am working on a committee to creative a recognition breakfast for older members.

I was able to work for almost 2 hours yesterday.  It was after I came home from services in the middle of the day.  I read the newspapers quietly too.  I sat on the deck with Matzah.  I read my book for the yoga book club before I went to sleep.

Today I practiced yoga.  I got weighed at Weight Watchers.  I walked for an hour.

PJC had its yearly picnic at the pool.  It was wonderful.  I hung out with so many people. I'm beyond happy. 

Thank you Almighty for all the joy in my life and for the fact that I'm free.

GRATEFUL FOR MY PERCEPTION OF FREEDOM

I am grateful to the Almighty because on this July 4th weekend I have much to celebrate.  

I live in a free country.

I am free.  It took me a while to understand the concept.  I was so abused by my mother and the creature that I married that I had no concept of freedom. I knew how to be afraid, beg for love, create strategies for survival and keep out of the way of my abusers.  I did not know how to be free or enjoy freedom.  I knew how to keep myself safe.

I finally have a positive perception of freedom and I am loving it.  I am free in the present.  All we have is the present.  The rest is a false picture which needs to be burned in the hot sun.

Yesterday I practiced meditation and then I practiced yoga.  I invited my friend Margie to join the class and she loved it and is coming back on Monday for class and then we will do lunch.  I was able to walk and do some chores.  Freddy put all the furniture back on the deck and I used it last night.  I gossiped with neighbors too!!!

Today I will attend services at Plainview Jewish Center.

I am grateful to the Almighty for my new freedom.

GRATEFUL FOR LEARNING WHO I AM

I am grateful to the Almighty because I continue to learn WHO I AM!!!!!

Yesterday was July 4th!!!  It was an amazing day!!!  I practiced meditation and yoga.  I walked.  I paid bills.  I went to the pool and sat outside with Matzah.  I hung out with friends at the pool and actually went in the water.

I KNOW THAT I AM FREE OF THEM!!!!!   I CAN BE ME!!!!  I so felt this at the pool where the creature would come just to stare and then leave........

Today is a cloudy day so it's great that I went to the pool yesterday.  I will meditate and practice yoga and then there are chores to do as it's before the Sabbath.

I feel that the Almighty has blessed me with a good life and I am grateful.

GRATEFUL BECAUSE I AM FREE

I am grateful to the Almighty on this Independence Day because I too am free.

I am free of all abuse.

I am free to be me.

I am free to explore who I am and what I like.

I am free to breathe.

I am free to think.

I am free to be joyful.

Free at last!!

My mind, body and soul are free!!

Thank God Almighty, I'm free at last!!!

I am grateful because I am free.

GRATEFUL FOR THE JOY IN MY LIFE

I am grateful to the Almighty for the joy that I am finding in my new life.

I am treating myself with love and compassion.

GRATEFUL FOR A HAPPY LIFE

I am so grateful to the Almighty because I have a happy life.

Yesterday Oscar, my new gardener came and did a beautiful job on my lawn.  He is coming back today to complete the job.  I could cry because the lawn is becoming mine.  I was able to walk for an hour in the morning and then in the afternoon.  I handled in my first four summaries of books for the Plainview Summer Reading Club.  I also went to PJC and paid for Charles Wasserman's retirement party.  I was NEVER able to attend those parties.

Tom the landscaper from Hicks came with a design for my Zen Garden which will begin at the end of July.  It's going to be amazing.

I went out to dinner with Karen too.  We had a blast!!!!

Today I will be visiting Remi!!!!  I can't wait to play with him.

Life is good and I am grateful to the Almighty for this.

GRATEFUL FOR THE CALM IN MY MIND, BODY AND SOUL

I am grateful to the Almighty for the feeling of calm that I have in my mind, body and soul.

Yesterday I practiced yoga in Doreen's class.  I walked for two hours.  I went to the pool.  I sat outside with a wonderful glass of wine before dinner.  

Life is so good!!!!.  I hope to walk.  I have some chores to do also. My new gardener is coming today as well as Tom the landscaper to begin my Zen garden.  Freddy will be here too.  I am having dinner with Karen.

I am changing the house and land around it because it my new home.

Thank you Almighty for the fun, peace and calm in my mind, body and soul.
