GRATEFUL FOR A NORMAL LIFE

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has given me a normal life.

I laugh a lot with Charles.

Yesterday we went for his second Covid shot, to Staples to get our vaccine cards laminated and to the butcher.  I went to ShopRite and he helped me unload groceries with a smile.

Last night I made tofu and Trader Joes's Mexican Stir Fried Vegetables.

I had a Sisterhood Board meeting and we laughed through the night.

Today Charles is feeling the effects of the shot.

We're home and relaxing.

Life is so normal.

Thank you Almighty.

GRATEFUL FOR THE LIGHT IN MY LIFE

 I am grateful to the Almighty for all the light in my life.

I am grateful to Him for all of my happiness.

Today Charles will be taking the second Covid vaccination. He will be staying with me until Thursday just to make sure that there are no side effects.  He did this for me this past weekend and really took care of me..

I will start to take my blood pressure in preparation for my annual checkup in April.

I have started my Passover preparations.

Charles and I practiced yoga yesterday.

I went to dinner with the girls and played Mahjong last night.

I am grateful to the Almighty for all the light in my life.

GRATEFUL THAT I AM HEALTHY

 I am grateful to the Almighty because I am healthy.

I had a very bad reaction to the second Covid shot......chills, fever, nausea, headache for about 36 hours. Charles helped me though it.

I am all better now.

Charles is walking Matzah.

We will practice yoga later.

I am grateful to the Almighty for my health.

GRATEFUL FOR CHARLES IN MY LIFE

 I am grateful to the Almighty that Charles is in my life.

We spoke of the issues Thursday and moved on................

I took the second Corona shot yesterday and all is well...........

Charles drove me and we are relaxing today.

Thank you Almighty for sending this man to me..........

GRATEFUL FOR UNDERSTANDING MY NEEDS AND WANTS

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He sent me to therapy and it was there that I learned who I was and what my needs and wants are.

I had a good time at Sunken Meadow with Charles yesterday.  We walked the boardwalk which was lovely. I had brought my beach chairs and a small picnic lunch to eat at the beach. Charles ate and fell asleep.  When he woke which was over an hour later......we walked a bit longer.....not the 2 hours that I wanted to do and then he told me that he needed quiet time and he drove me to my truck and I went home.

What was that about????  He was exhausted after working in Frank's garage and basement the day before. However I had driven all the way to Commack and thought that we would have a late lunch.  He told me that he wasn't hungry and the cheese that I brought was enough.

Why not cancel if you are exhausted?

I went home and made dinner.  He went to the dentist and discovered that his implant didn't hold and had to be taken out.

He will be here this weekend.  I'm taking the second Covid shot tomorrow.

I'm beginning to understand who I am and my own needs and wants........the love bubble may be fading.

Thank you Almighty for giving me this knowledge.

GRATEFUL FOR A NEW DAY

 I am grateful to the almighty for this wonderful new day which i am going to spend with Charles.

Today it is 7 months since we met on August 11.

Last night after cleaning the house, Passover shopping and practicing yoga, I was up until 11:00 watching Beartown so we cold discuss it.

We are meeting in Commack and he is driving to Sunken Meadow to walk. We will be having munchies and sitting on the beach!  Absolute heaven.

We are also going out to dinner.

I am grateful that the Almighty sent this man into my life.

GRATEFUL FOR A NEW DAY

 I am grateful to the Almighty for this beautiful new day!!

Yesterday I food shopped....went to the post office, walked, and attended a Sisterhood meeting!

Today I will clean the house.......set up a bit more for Passover.....walk and practice yoga.

I will be seeing Charles tomorrow!!!!!
