GRATEFUL FOR LVING IN THE MOMENT

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He encouraged me to practice yoga and it was there that I learned to live in the moment.

I try not to let the past overwhelm me and I bring myself back to the present.  The past will generally sadden me.  I also try not to let the future overwhelm me because that can bring me anxiety.

I try to live in the present because that is where the power is.

Today I will again practice yoga in Leslie's class....it's an exercise class.

I have begun to plan for my Pre-Thanksgiving Day Dinner......today I will firm up the food I ordered, go to Happy Farms, buy wine and underpants!

Yesterday was a wonderful night of dinner at Pasteria with the MahJong gals.......and then MahJong!!!

I am grateful because I'm in the moment.

Thank you Almighty for this gift.

GRATEFUL FOR A WONDERFUL WEEKEND

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He allowed me to have a wonderful weekend.

I went to services at PJC on Saturday morning.  Charles and I wen to hear Bobby Sings Bobby with Ray doing the technology while Bobby sang.  Charles and I danced.

Yesterday, Sunday, I introduced Charles to Shula and Ellie at my house......what joy I felt.

I practiced yoga Sunday morning with a new teacher named Pam.  I was at Notre Dame Church so Charles could give blood as Frank ran the blood drive.

Today I will practice yoga and get ready for my pre-Thanksgiving Party.

Thank you Almighty.

I am grateful for the life that you have bestowed upon me.

GRATEFUL FOR BEING BALANCED

 I am grateful to the Almighty because I practiced yoga in Leslie's class yesterday.

She spoke of the fact that each of us is balanced between being a WARRIOR and enjoying LOVE.

I am happy to say that thanks to the Almighty this has happened to me and I am so grateful.

Last night Charles and I had our first Sabbath dinner since the summer.  Fall, color weather and Winter will be upon us soon.

I attended services at PJC and Charles went bike riding.

This evening we will be meeting up with Anita and Ray to listen to Bobby Sings Bobby in Franklin Square.

I am grateful to the Almighty because I am balanced.

GRATEFUL FOR BEING BALANCED

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has allowed me to become balanced through EFFORT and EASE.

Work has its place in my life and so does fun.

Today I will practice yoga in Leslie's class and Louis will blow dry my hair.

The work has been done for the week and tonight Charles is coming to have Shabbos dinner with me.  Summer is a beautiful memory and as we move into colder weather I will have my love to keep me warm at night this weekend.

Thank you Almighty.

GRATEFUL FOR MY SENSES

 I am grateful to the Almighty because ALL of my senses are working and I woke up HEALTHY and HAPPY to enjoy a beautiful day.

Yesterday was amazing.....I ordered food for my PRE-THANKSGIVING party next Saturday. Michael accepted my invitation and Charles calls it a blended family.  I NEVER HAD THIS AND I AM SO GRATEFUL to the Almighty.

I cleaned the house, went to the post office and practiced yoga in Leslie's class.

Today I will practice Restorative Yoga in Peggy's class and see Kyra.  Freddy is supposed to be here at 10:30.

Life is good and I am grateful to the Almighty for this.

GRATEFUL FOR WAKING UP......HEALTHY AND HAPPY

 I am grateful to the Almighty because I have awoken......healthy and happy.

My arm hurts a lot less (after the booster shot on Monday.)  The house is warm as I turned the heat on.  Food shopping is done.  Stephen visited and I saw how far my life has come.  I read my book...spoke to Charles, Karen and Rhonnie.

Today Freddy is coming to Winterize the house.  H2O will be turning the sprinkler off. I will be cleaning the house and practicing yoga tonite.

Thank you Almighty for my life.

GRATEFUL FOR LEARNING THAT THERE IS POWER IN THE PRESENT

 I am grateful to the Almighty because I practiced in Dawn's class last Thursday and it was there that I learned that there was POWER IN THE PRESENT.

This statement changed my life and made my entire weekend with Charles absolutely wonderful.....from The Deepwell Mansion and Sanatarium to the Bar in Babylon to Sweetbriar to New Mill Pond.

Thank you Almighty.
