GRATEFUL FOR A NEW DAY

 I am grateful to the Almighty for a new day.

I am happy.....I am healthy.......I am loved.

Charles is on his way upstate to the cabin with his friends.

I'm here in Plainview....just waking up quietly and thinking about the day ahead.

I am grateful to the Almighty for a new day.

GRATEFUL FOR A WONDERFUL LONG WEEKEND AT CHARLES'S PLACE

 I am grateful to the Almighty for the wonderful long weekend that I had at Charles's place.

Concerts on Long Beach.......Dinner at wonderful restaurants.........Sunning at the Beach.......Dana, Seth, and my Madalyn visiting.

GRATEFUL FOR SLOWING DOWN

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has helped me to slow down and see the beauty in life.

I am leaving this afternoon to spend the weekend with my love.  I'll be back on Tuesday.

Dana, Seth and my little Madalyn are coming for the weekend.

How wonderful is that??

GRATEFUL FOR MY LIFE

 I am grateful to the Almighty for the wonderful new life that He has given me.

Yesterday I had my fractured cap fixed with a temporary cap.  I go back to Dr. Kurtz on August 18th for the final one.

Today I'm practicing yoga in two classes and speaking to Kyra.

I will pack for my "vacation" in St. James with Charles.  Dana, Seth and Madalyn are visiting us there.

Thank you so much Almighty for my new life.

GRATEFUL FOR A CHORE FILLED DAY

 I am grateful to the Almighty for the wonderful chore filled day that I had.

Why would I say wonderful????  It was a calm and quiet day.

Charles left this morning.  He had an MRA this morning and I had a dental appointment. I fractured a cap and Dr. Kurtz put in a new temporary one.

I went to Athleta and bought some shirts.  I came home to read the papers, call Karen and Dana because Dana, Seth and Madalyn are coming out east this weekend to hang out with Charlie and me and we needed to make plans.  I paid bills.

H2O showed up and fixed the sprinkler. 

I cleaned 2 bathrooms and the kitchen.  I paid bills.

It turned out to be a wonderful day!!

I will read my book tonight and speak to Charlie!

Thank you Almighty.

GRATEFUL FOR LIVING IN THE MOMENT

 I am grateful to the Almighty because I have learned to live in the moment and I am enjoying every moment.

Charles left this morning BUT will be back tomorrow to babysit Remi.

I practiced yoga in Margaret's class.

I did the laundry, vacuumed the floors, polished furniture, changed the sheets, read the papers and went on the computer.

Then I called Karen and Margie.  

Life is good in the moment.

I am grateful to the Almighty for this.
