As I live, as I talk to my therapists, I am beginning to learn who I am and what my needs and wants are. I am beginning to learn how I was psychologically abused so that I never asked for my needs and wants to be met.
This has helped me in the present as I move forward.
I had lunch with Ronnie and Doris and felt the joy in being there. I spoke to Charles last night and felt his love.
I'm learning who I am and I like what I see.

Today, Matzah is going to the veterinarian for a medicinal bath and some shots. I am going to have lunch with Ronnie and Doris at the Celebrity Diner. Food shopping will follow. Hopefully I can go to practice yoga tonight. It depends on the snow.
Last night I played Quarantine Bingo with Sisterhood and I won two games!!!!

Yesterday after Charles left for Lake Placid, I cleaned the house, read the papers and my book, did a wash, studied some Buddhism and watched West Side Story.
I was very proud of me and thought of me as a worthy person.
