I am grateful to the Almighty for my growth.
I am really beginning to use perception to see people for what they are.
I am also beginning to use it with the family so that I don't get hurt.
That is tremendous growth for me and I am proud of myself.
Today I am taking 2 yoga classes.
I am getting my hair colored and cut.
I am happy and content with my life. I accept and appreciate it.
I am grateful to the Almighty for this.
