HONESTY AND INTEGRITY

I am grateful to the Almighty because I was able to attend not one but two yoga classes today.

I learned about HONESTY AND INTEGRITY.  Honesty is what we feel on the outside when we are truthful.  Integrity is what we feel on the inside.

Through PERCEPTION,  I have learned that so many people were not HONEST with me because they had no INTEGRITY.

I am glad that I learned this because moving forward, I won't make the same mistakes that I once did.
