I am grateful to the Almighty for my new life's journey.
He has made me a strong, capable woman. I have fortitude. I CAN.......and I WILL have a wonderful life.
The parts of my life that I truly enjoy are mine alone. No one can destroy that.
For example, yesterday for the first time ever, I spent the afternoon in the backyard reading. It was amazing!!!!
Today I will walk and practice yoga. My plan is to go to the pool also. I have a book discussion tonight.
Every day I when I awake I am grateful that I am healthy and happy inside myself.
What could be better?
Thank you Almighty for my new life.
