I am grateful to the Almighty for how far I have come in this journey that we call life.
I have effected a transformation in my life. I have placed what doesn't serve me in the background. I live in the moment. I enjoy the moment. I try not to plan ahead. I try to be calm and quiet and enjoy each moment.
At the end of the day I reflect on how far I have come since the day that I took my first yoga lesson.
I am grateful to the Almighty for all that I am.
