I am grateful to the Almighty because yesterday I practiced yoga in Elyse's class and she spoke of "PRANA" as embracing life.
Today is the second anniversary of the day that the creature died and I am free!!! I have embraced life and have cherished each moment!
I smiled all night because I AM FREE!!!!
Today I will practice yoga. I won't walk because I walked for an hour with Izzy and Remi around Forest Park and 1/2 hour at The Home Depot yesterday!!!
Karen is coming to celebrate.
Thank you Almighty.
