I am grateful to the Almighty for each new day.
I am healthy. I am happy. I have joy in my life.
Today I will practice yoga and walk at The Home Depot. Shopping at Trader Joe's and ShopRite will follow. This afternoon I will be back at the studio for Yoga Nidra with Nancy.
