Yesterday was a good example of this.
I invited my friends for a PIZZA PARTY LUNCHEON to be held outside in the shade because of COVID 19. We had a wonderful time. Dana FaceTimed us with Madalyn because she has known Rhonnie for years and Rose was her teacher.
After they left I couldn't stop thinking about my life and its horrific abuse.
It was only this morning when I did my daily meditation that I realized that I was doing.....OOPS THERE I GO AGAIN and living in the past.
It's so hard but I know what the Almighty has taught me and I will try to move forward.
