I am grateful to the Almighty because He encouraged me to re-join Plainview Meditation.
The first time I joined with my friend Margie after the Creature died.....my mind was totally unfocused. Now I find that I hear what the instructor is saying and I'm absorbing it. Yesterday she spoke of the mind taking pictures. In order to remain in the present you must understand the concept MAKE IT DISAPPEAR when your mind strays. I tried that this morning and IT WORKED.
I will be going for another session today at 1PM. Then I'm laving for an overnight at the apartment where Charles has an activity planned.
I will be back tomorrow to go to Dr. Ludwig....my periodontist.
Thank you Almighty for my new adventure.
