GRATEFUL FOR A NEW BABY

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has given me Madalyn Bean who was born on January 5, 2020 at 4AM and weighs 7 pounds 2 ounces.

I now have a grandson and a granddaughter.

Thank you Almighty.

GRATEFUL FOR A 2020 VISION

I am grateful to the Almighty because yesterday I practiced yoga in Leslie's class and she spoke of the word VISION as the word for 2020.

She incorporated the idea that we must get to know ourselves and that is definitely what I have been trying to do and succeeding.......

I also walked at The Home Depot while waiting for Madalyn to arrive.

Today is the Sabbath.  I will not be going to services.

I'm waiting for Madalyn to arrive.  I've spoken with everyone......all my friends, Sari, Dana, Hilary, Remi, Seth..... It is so different from the horrific life that I was forced to live but the joy is that IT'S OVER and the creature isn't here.

Hopefully all is well and Madalyn arrives soon.

Thank you Almighty.

GRATEFUL FOR A NEW LIFE

I am grateful to the Almighty because as I write this........Madalyn is being born!!!!

A new little granddaughter this time......that I am waiting to meet!!!!

May the Almighty make her a healthy and happy baby.  May Dana and Seth live long to prosper to raise her.

GRATEFUL FOR MEDITATING

I am grateful to the Almighty because I have returned to the reading meditations that I had done in the past.

Yesterday, January 1, 2020 I began to again read, SIMPLE HAPPINESS, a poem by Remi daily and a daily meditative entry in THE BOOK OF AWAKENING.  I had stopped doing this but it was time to start again.  I will do all three each day.

Today I will practice yoga in Elyse's class.  I will also walk at The Home Depot.

I did practice yoga in Elyse's class and she spoke of not getting stuck.  I realize that life is always changing and that I have to change with it.  I am embracing myself because I love myself first and foremost!  It's time for me........I will not get stuck caring about everyone else EXCEPT MYSELF.

This afternoon I will meditate at Plainview Meditation.

Thank you Almighty for my new life.

GRATEFUL FOR EMBRACING MYSELF

I am grateful to the Almighty because yesterday I practiced yoga in Elyse's class and she spoke of embracing yourself.

That's my new goal for 2020.........to love and embrace myself.

Today is January 1, 2020!!!   Wow!!!

I will practice yoga in the studios New Year class and then walk at The Home Depot.

Today's house cleaning day and reading and being!!
