GRATEFUL FOR A NEW DAY

 I am grateful to the Almighty for the new day that He has sent me.

I am happy.  I am healthy.

Charles left this morning for a golf lesson in Smithtown.  He will be back on Friday. My family is coming on Saturday. Hopefully his son will come also.

We had a wonderful day yesterday.  This is how I thought a marriage would turn out BUT HONESTLY this is even better. I made Matzo Brie for breakfast for Charles and Matzah.  I ordered shades for upstairs.  We did a variety of chores and errands culminating in going to the West Hills dog park. Charles and I made dinner.  The evening culminated with Bingo with Sisterhood. 

Sex was wonderful.

Today I'm doing some laundry and cleaning.  I'm heading to the Huntington Mall for a Vera Bradley weekender.

Yoga is on tap too.

I am grateful to the Almighty for this new day and every wonderful day He gives me.

GRATEFUL FOR AN AMAZING DAY

 I am grateful to the Almighty for the amazing day that I had.

I am writing this at the end of the day.

I made Charles and Matzah....matzo bries for breakfast.

Casey came for me to pick out window treatments.  Charles was my "husband."

We went on errands to the post office, toy store, liquor store, Bed and Bath to buy chairs and ShopRite.  We went to the dog park in the afternoon.

Tonight we are playing Bingo with Sisterhood.

What an amazing day.

What an amazing couple we are.

Thank you Almighty.

GRATEFUL FOR STRENGTH

 I am grateful to the Almighty for the strength that He has chosen to give me.

As I look around my home.....at each room....and the changes that I have made I am delighted with my home.

I'm happy with my friends. Today Karen is coming over and I'm playing MahJong with Rhonnie and Barbara.

I am thrilled with my daughters, sons in law and of course I love my grandchildren. Dana FaceTimed me this morning and Madalyn said NANA to me.

Needless to say......I love Charles.

The second Seder was absolutely awesome and I'm very proud of the way that I put Passover together.

Thank you Almighty for my strength.

GRATEFUL FOR A JOYOUS SEDER

 I am grateful to the Almighty for the joyous Seder that I attended last night.

It was facilitated by Rabbi Conn on Zoom.  I attended. It started at 7PM and ended at 10PM after which I spoke to Charles.

It was a beautiful Seder that I could really appreciate.  There was no one there to destroy it for me. Granted that it was on Zoom but that was the beauty of it. No one there to destroy it for me.

I was able to pray, read, walk and think yesterday.....all with joy.

Today it's pouring and I will again pray at home, read and relax for the second Seder tonight!!!

Thank you Almighty for my life.

GRATEFUL FOR LETTING GO

 I am grateful to the Almighty for so many things.

I finally understand the true meaning of LETTING GO........one has to LET GO OF THAT WHICH DOESN'T SERVE YOU in order to let new memories grow and flourish.

Thank you Almighty.

I am grateful for the new life that you gave me.

GRATEFUL FOR CREATING SPACE

 I am grateful to the Almighty for encouraging me to practice yoga this week as I will do today also.

Leslie and Dawn spoke about Spring.  They spoke about creating and clearing space for oneself.

I have taken this to mean clearing space for new wonderful memories.

One can acknowledge the triggers BUT not let them take over.

I am working in this concept.

Today I will put the finishing touches on my Passover holiday which starts tomorrow! I did a really good job setting up the holiday for me.  Charles will not be here this weekend as he is Catholic and I can't participate in the two PJC seders with him.  That's fine.....he will be here on Monday.

I will also walk today and practice yoga.

I am grateful to the Almighty for my continued growth.

GRATEFUL FOR A WONDERFUL DAY WITH CHARLES

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He brought Charles into my life.

I found my love.  I found my life partner.  I found the joy of being with someone who loves me.

Yesterday was a wonderful day.  I drove to St. James and spent the day with Charles.  We walked all around town.  We talked.  We fooled around.  We had sex. Charles made dinner.  It was a truly amazing day.

We just texted and I'm going to start my day.

I'm practicing yoga and then walking.

I'm going food shopping for the holiday.

I have Gail's Zoom Birthday party.

I hope to go out to dinner with Margie.

Life is really good for the very first time in my life.
