GRATEFUL FOR FEELING THAT I AM ENOUGH

 I am grateful to the Almighty because I practiced yoga in Hollie's class today and it was there that I realized that I am enough and am proud of me.

Charles returned yesterday and we celebrated Valentine's Day together.  What an absolute joy it was.  We exchanged cards and gifts and I made dinner.

Today we had breakfast and he left to go home. I practiced yoga in Hollie's class and attended the Yoga Book Club.

I'm reading.....I hope to clean my kitchen later and relax.

I am grateful to the Almighty for my life.

GRATEFUL FOR FEELING BETTER

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has allowed me to feel better....both emotionally and physically.

I am feeling better physically.....my stomach is better as I'm carefully watching what I eat.  I lost 2 pounds from this experience BUT I'm gaining them back.....I feel good.

As far as emotionally I'm trying very hard to replace a negative thought with a positive one and it helps. Strangely, I'm trying to do less and think positively and it's working.  Thanks to Margie for her idea.

Last night I played Mahjong at my house and the girls made me laugh and I began to feel much better.

Charlie is coming home to me today.  I have his gift ready.  I'm making roast chicken for dinner.

Thank you Almighty for allowing me to feel better.

GRATEFUL FOR A NEW DAY

 I am grateful to the almighty for a beautiful new day.

Last night I watched the entire Super Bowl.  I also watched an episode of The Last of Us. I'm up to date too.  i did my food shopping at both Trader Joe's and ShopRite but alas I still have my stomach issues.  I overdid it by going out for Japanese food, wine and cookies too.

I read my book as well as the newspapers. I love these quiet and calm days.

Today I'm going to be more careful and enjoy the day.

Charlie comes home tomorrow.......it's Valentines Day!!!

Thank you for this beautiful day Almighty.

Later-  I did so many wonderful things today.  Athlete sent me a $50 gift card and I went to the store and made a purchase.  I had lost my sun glasses so I bought another pair.  I changed my necklace at Solomons.  I shredded bills at Staples and purchased a chicken because I'm going to make dinner tomorrow night (Valentine's Day) when Charlie comes back.  I went to Trader Joe's also.  I also paid a bill and filled out my Valentines Day cards.

My stomach is better.  I made salmon and potatoes for dinner.

This has been a beautiful day Almighty.

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has allowed me to survive my abuser.

The Almighty has created a rich and full life for me.

The Almighty has given me health, a family, the title of Grandma and a new love.

The Almighty has given me a new life.

GRATEFUL FOR A QUIET SABBATH

 I am grateful to the Almighty for a quiet Sabbath.

I was at services today.

I came home to rest, read and relax after the issues with Dana.

I have been speaking with Charlie every night from Savannah.

It has been a wonderful day.

GRATEFUL BECAUSE I'M FEELING BETTER

 I am grateful to the Almighty because I am feeling better.

The attack of IBS has gone away.  This morning I had a perfectly normal bowel movement.  I went to Mario's last night and had dinner and will be meeting up with Margie to have dinner,

I met via FaceTime, Charles' friend Lou.  He's Italian and part Sicilian just like the boys that I grew up with.  It was a lot of fun.

I finished my book....The Thread Bearers and will begin another one.

Thank you Almighty because I feel better.

GRATEFUL FOR TODAY

 I am grateful to the Almighty for sending me Charles because he is teaching me how to live in the moment.

My stomach virus is gone and I'm thinking about going out to eat tonight.

I went to the periodontist and all is NOT fine. I'm having periodontal surgery on March 23 and Charlie is going with me.

Thank you Almighty for teaching me to live in the moment.
