GRATEFUL FOR ALL THE JOY IN MY LIFE

I am grateful to the Almighty for all the joy in my life.

I understand myself.  I know what happened to me.  I love myself and will be kind to me.

Today the oil in the car will be changed and then I'm heading to the pool.

The pool was amazing.  I'm calm, quiet and enjoying the sun, the water nd my friends.

Thank you Almighty for all the joy in my life.

GRATEFUL FOR A BEAUTIFUL SUMMER

I am grateful to the Almighty for the beautiful summer that I have had.

It is the beginning of the Labor Day Weekend.

I can look back on wonderful memories and I am anticipating the wonders of the Fall.

Today I will do a variety of chores and then I will hang out with Karen.

I am grateful to the Almighty for all of this.

GRATEFUL FOR A BEAUIFUL NEW DAY

I am grateful to the almighty for a beautiful new day.

It's going to be a busy one filled with walking and hair straightening, hi lites and color.

This is my "CHEAT WEEK" so I'm eating every sweet that I can find and eating out.

I'm having a ball.

GRATEFUL FOR A WONDERFUL NEW LIFE

I am grateful to the Almighty for the wonderful new life that He has given me.

Yesterday I practiced yoga in Elyse's class and she spoke of welcoming each part of your body and mind even the pain.  That so resonated with me.

I enjoyed going to Trader Joe's to get chips and endamane.  My friend Dennis and I had dinner last night.  It was so much fun.  We have known each other forever.  We went to a new Japanese restaurant.

Today I'm having breakfast with my friend Frank.

We had breakfast and we talked and talked and are now close again.

I'm going to therapy and later out to dinner with a friend and then to play MahJong.

This is the las week of summer before Labor Day and my watching my A1C so I'm going to have a blast.

Thank you Almighty for my new life.

GRATEFUL FOR THE END OF SUFFERING

I am grateful to the Almighty because I practiced yoga in Leslies class.  She spoke of Buddha saying that there will always be pain but there doesn't have to be suffering.

A light bulb went off in my head as I knew this to be true.  It is also time to live completely in the present without the pain of the past.

I walked.

I meditated and have begun Level 6 in Meditation.  I'm very proud of me.


Today is an interesting day.  I will practice yoga this morning and have lunch with the girls.  Then it's off to Kyra for therapy.  I also have dinner plans with Dennis.

Life is good.   

I am grateful to the Almighty for the end of my suffering.  The pain is also subsiding.

Thank you Almighty.

GRATEFUL THAT MY HOUSE IS NOW MY HOME

I am grateful to the Almighty because my house is now my home.

I never felt at home when I came home.  I was always afraid of my abusers and planned strategies to keep myself safe.

Now thanks to the Almighty, my house is my home.

Each room has been done with myself in mind.  I have gutted a room and made it a Yoga Room. I have changed the bedroom and added a television.  I have changed the kitchen.

I have added a Zen Garden for my enjoyment and et dinner out there each night that I'm home.

I am grateful to the Almighty for my home.

GRATEFUL FOR A WONDERFUL NEW DAY

I am grateful to the Almighty for a wonderful new day.

Yesterday was the Sabbath and I went to services and had kiddish with friends.

The humidity was gone and I was able to walk.

I went to the pool too and hung out with some friends.

Today I'm up early to practice yoga and meditate.

I hope to go to the pool also.

Dinner on the deck with Matzah.
