I am grateful to the Almighty for a wonderful new day.
Yesterday was the Sabbath and I went to services and had kiddish with friends.
The humidity was gone and I was able to walk.
I went to the pool too and hung out with some friends.
Today I'm up early to practice yoga and meditate.
I hope to go to the pool also.
Dinner on the deck with Matzah.
