Charles is with me and we will be practicing yoga this morning........and the girls and I will be playing Mahjong tonight.

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has sent me Charles........I awoke with him after a delicious dinner at Morrisons and we are going out to breakfast with his sisters, Anita and Elizabeth who is in from Virginia.

There is climate change. There is Covid 19 and its variants. There is war between Russia and Ukraine. My brother is here a lot talking about his failed marriage. Today there was a snow....ice and freezing rain storm and I could not practice yoga. I'm home.
The Almighty has given me peace in my world.....peace in my home. I was able to sleep later.....it's 12:40 and I'm still in my pajamas......reading the paper...making phone calls and breathing.
Charles is spending the weekend with me.
Thank you Almighty for the peace in my world and making my house......a home!

I am grateful to the Almighty because He encouraged me to practice yoga in Hollie's class yesterday and it was there that I learned about coloring my world.
My old world was very different. It was filled with strategies for survival. It wasn't balanced. There was no play in it. Yet, thanks to the Almighty.....I managed to survive.
The Almighty has given me a new wold that is filled with color. It is filled with both work and play. It is balanced. It is filled with people. It is filled with adventure. It is filled with love.
I am grateful to the Almighty for all that He has given me.

I exercised in Leslie's balance class yesterday. Then I went to Trader Joe's. I came home to pay bills and clean a bathroom. I had thought that I would practice yoga last night but the weather turned windy and rainy and I stayed home.
I read and relaxed. I thought about how my HOUSE has become my HOME.
I was grateful to the Almighty for making me a STRONG woman so that I could enjoy in good health the success of my labors.

We will be getting torrential rain today but that won't matter because I am alive, healthy and happy.
This morning I will practice yoga and come home to do all sorts of chores.
More than that, I will breathe because this is my home and I can enjoy it peacefully.
