GRATEFUL FOR MY LIFE

I am grateful to the Almighty for my life.

I am happy and healthy.

I great each new day as an adventure.

Yesterday walked at The Home Depot and made some purchases.  I brought in more of my summer clothes to the cleaners and got my winter coats.  This weekend Charlie and I are going to Northampton with Sarah and Michael and I will need them.   I also went for a mani/pedi and went to Pasteria for dinner.

This morning Dan is at my house planting Kale-Cabbages.  I need to pack for my trip as well as for Matzah's boarding.  I also need to go to CVS and have Louis blow my hair out.  Chores need to get done too.  I'm meeting Margie for dinner at Mario's.

I am grateful to the Almighty for my health.....my happiness and each new day.

GRATEFUL FOR A NEW DAY

 I am grateful to the Almighty for this new day.

I am happy and healthy and open to all possibilities.

Yesterday Dan, Charles and I went to Hicks Nursery to buy cabbages for my Fall garden.

Charles drove there and drove back to me with the cabbages.  What a guy!!!  We had lunch together and made a list of groceries for this weekends trip to Northampton where we will meet up with Sarah, Michael, Matt and Lola.......another children's weekend!

I cleaned out the final closet and am ready to move on to new clothes.  I also started to bring my summer clothes to the cleaner to be stored.

Today is a quieter day.   I will pay some bills and go to The Home Depot to shop and walk.

I am grateful to the Almighty for this new day.

GRATEFUL FOR BEING ALIVE

 I am grateful to the Almighty because I am alive to enjoy a wonderful day in good health and happiness.

Last night I went to dinner with the girls and played MahJong.  I really had a good time.

Today Charles is coming over with Dan and we are going to get cabbages at Hicks Nursery.  Summer is over and it's time to bring in the Fall plants.

I am grateful to the Almighty for allowing me to be healthy and happy and live this new life.

 I am grateful to the Almighty for the wonderful vacation that I had with Charlie, Hilary, Izzy and Remi!

GRATEFUL FOR LOVING MYSELF

 I am grateful to the Almighty because I have learned to love myself and put myself first.

This weekend, I will be sleeping at our new apartment for the first time.  I'm beyond excited.

Charles and I will be taking Hilary, Izzy and Remi to Riverhead for the first "Children's Vacation."

I will write about the weekend when I return.

Thank you Almighty for all that you have done for me.

GRATEFUL FOR CHARLES IN MY LIFE

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has chosen to send Charles into my life.

I'm beginning to see that one of Charles's roles is to mentor me.  It was Charles who talked about having an "A Personality" and how he switched to a "B Personality."  That so resonated with me and I have begun the process of change from "A" to "B."

I am so grateful for this.  I catch myself every time I try to discipline myself for something that I didn't do or didn't finish or finished not perfectly.  That is a hold over from my mother who was always critical of me.  I realize that it's as though she is sitting on my shoulder criticizing me.

It's very calming to go from "A" to "B."

I am grateful to the Almighty for sending Charles to help me learn to do this.

GRATEFUL FOR FEELING BETTER

 I am grateful to the Almighty because I am feeling a lot better.

I had chicken for dinner and I slept through the night.

Today is going to be a quiet day.

I will be home all day and if I feel better I will attend the rally at PJC for Israel.  This war is a terrible one.

Thank you Almighty for taking care of me.
