GRATEFUL FOR DINNER WITH A FRIEND

I am grateful to the Almighty because I went to dinner with a friend and in talking to me she noticed how different I am and said that it's because I am free!!!!!

I thought about yoga and how one has to change one's outlook and see things from another perspective.  All this time I was lamenting the loss of husband and children.

I did not see this as freeing me from the binds.

I have changed a negative perspective into a positive one. 

I am free!!!!!!

I am grateful.
