GRATEFUL FOR FUN

I am grateful to the Almighty because He has shown me what fun actually is and it's WOW!!!!

Yesterday I chose to practice yoga at two classes.  I walked at The Home Depot.  I read.  I drank coffee.  I smiled!!!!!  I made all these choices for me.

This is the way it is every day.  Fun, fun, fun!!!!!

Today I'm going to practice yoga and then walk.  I have a pedicure scheduled for the afternoon.  I hope to finish one book and start another.   I also need to complete my Reiki atunements. I know now what it feels like to have joy in your life.


I am content in the moment.  I am content with who I am.  I am content with what I have.

I am so grateful to the Almighty for this.
