GRATEFUL FOR MINDFUL MEDITATION

I am grateful to the Almighty because it was the Almighty that encouraged me to practice yoga.

It was there that I learned about mindful meditation.

Yesterday, after a wonderful retirement party for my friend Rhonnie,  I walked at least 3 times. It's easier for my legs that way.  I found myself thinking of something.......not dwelling BUT moving on. I found myself listening to my breathe and really noticing the world around me.

I am grateful to the Almighty for working with me to make this a part of me.  Thank you.
