Today is the beginning of a major heat wave. I was able to leave the house at 7 and walk for 2 hours thanks to the Almighty. I needed to do this because last night Hilary said something that upset me being the person that she is. I needed to live in the moment, have my endorphins kick in and move on from her sharp narcissistic ways. Walking does that.
I'm indoors today except to read the paper and hopefully have dinner on the deck.
I feel better already.
Thank you Almighty.
