I am grateful to the Almighty because I am learning to accept my life.
Charles left this morning for Lake Placid. His friend Frank has a time share there. He will be back next weekend. It's a weekend with the guys. We had Thai food yesterday and watched The King of Staten Island. It really was a fun day filled with much laughter.
I am enjoying my life a great deal. I practiced yoga on Friday and now I set the tone for each day.
