I am grateful to the Almighty because He sent me to yoga. It was there that I learned about nourishing my soul.
This was talked about last night at Leslie's class. The practice of yoga begins NOW enabling me to be present. Nourishing my soul was a new concept BUT it made sense to me.
I am leaving after the Window Treatment company finishes my order. (I'm replacing the window treatments in the living room, dining room and kitchen.) I'm meeting Charles in Commack and we are going to walk at Sunken Meadow.
I am looking forward to this as a peaceful meditation and something to nourish my soul.
Thank you Almighty.
