I am grateful to the Almighty because He has given me the energy to enjoy life.
Yesterday I walked, practiced yoga and did a variety of chores and errands.
I had dinner with my friend Karen. We always have a great time together.
Today I will attend services at PJC. I will walk. Matzah will be boarded because Charles and I will be going to Northampton for a vacation.
We will be back on Wednesday to be able to play Bingo with Sisterhood.
Thank you Almighty for the energy that I have to be able to do all these things.
