I am grateful to the Almighty because He encouraged me to practice yoga and it has been a wonderful help in my life.
After that horrific visit with Stephen yesterday.......I needed to stretch and so I practiced in Leslie's 6PM class and felt MUCH BETTER.
Today I will again practice in Dawn's class. I'm getting my hair colored and having high lights put in my hair today......also I'm going to PARTY CITY to see if there is a HALLOWEEN costume for me when I go to Charles this weekend. Otherwise I'm going as a YOGI.
Thank you Almighty for sending me to practice yoga.
I am grateful.
