I am grateful to the Almighty for this beautiful new day!!
Yesterday I went to the eye doctor and the checkup was a very good one.
I practiced yoga in the evening in Leslie's class and I was also able to walk outside.
I had a wonderful time with Patty and Charles.
Today and will again practice yoga and walk.
I'm reading my book for the Sisterhood Book Club next week.
I will go food shopping too.
Thank you Almighty for this new day.
I am grateful!
