I am grateful to the Almighty because I took a Stretch Class with Leslie today and she spoke of LETTING GO!!!
She spoke of applauding what you can do and have done.
She spoke of being proud of yourself.
This is what I am trying to do for myself.
With the Almighty's help I'm getting so much better.
Thank you Almighty!
