I am grateful to the Almighty because I have learned though yoga to clear and make space in my life.
I have new purposes. There is a man in my life who loves me. I need space for those memories.
Today I will be spending the day with Charles and he will be making dinner.
These are memories that I must cherish.
Thank you Almighty for allowing me to practice yoga to be able to learn this.

I practiced in Leslie's class yesterday.
What she spoke of so resonated with me. She spoke of having a new purpose in this season of Spring. In order to do that one must clear space.
A light bulb went off in my head. Charles is my partner and in order to really enjoy our relationship, I must clear space in my mind and not let all his goodness trigger thoughts of what was done to me. I know this is reframing what Judith has said to me as well as Kyra BUT this time it resonated and I happily woke up today without tiggers of the past.
I am grateful to the Almighty for this.

Yesterday after my Passover chores were done I headed out to St. James.....he took me to San Remo in Kings Park where we held hands and walked along the water fo 2 hours.
I was able to meditate facing the water where geese and swans swam.
I took him out for Italian food at a wonderful restaurant that he chose.
I drove home with my lights on in the dark.
Today I will practice yoga and continue Passover preparations.
I am happy with my life and grateful that Charles is in it.

I am grateful to the Almighty for the wonderful day that I had with Charles yesterday.
I waited until today to write about it.
I had a beautiful quiet Sabbath. Friday night, I lit candles and said my prayers. Saturday morning I attended services.
After services I drove out to St. James and spent the day with Charles. He was so happy to see me. His apartment is looking beautiful after the paint job and all the suggestions that I gave him.
We went to the Sweetbriar Nature Center. I never laughed so much looking at all those farm animals. We walked. We kissed. It was wonderful.
He took me out for Japanese food. It was delicious!
We went back to his apartment and kissed more.
I came home about 8PM.
Thank you Almighty for this wonderful day with Charles.

Today I will practice yoga, read and get ready for the Sabbath.
I will be spending tomorrow with Charles at his home. We have booked a vacation in Greenport. He will not be here for the weekend as I continue my Passover preparation.
I am grateful to the Almighty because I am learning about myself. I won't be as hard on myself as I have been.

We booked a weekend at The Harbor View Inn in Greenport..........our first vacation!!!!
