I'm spending Thanksgiving with Charles' sister in Virginia.

I'm so excited.

I was able to practice yoga in Pam's class this morning.

I had my hair blown out at ID Salon for my trip.

Charles and I worked on a funny Thanksgiving art project.

I am grateful to the Almighty for this wonderful weekend and all the blessings in my life.

GRATEFUL FOR THE WONDERS OF ME

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has given me a healthy body and I'm rejoicing in what this body can do.

Charles is here and we are spending a quiet weekend together before our trip to Virginia on Tuesday.  I am grateful for this.

GRATEFUL FOR WHAT THE ALMIGHTY HAS GIVEN ME

 I am grateful to the Almighty for what the holiday season has given me.

He has given me health, children, grandchildren and the ability to have them come to my house happily for a visit.  We will be celebrating the 7th day of Hanukkah together in my house and Hilary is even bringing a friend.....Tamar.

The Almighty brought my brother Stephen back to me and I hope the relationship lasts a lifetime.

The Almighty has given me Charles.  For the first time in I don't know how many years, I will have a wonderful Thanksgiving with a family that really likes me.

Thank you Almighty for all you have given me.

GRATEFUL FOR BEING BALANCED

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has allowed me to become a balanced human being.

I need to do more though.  I practiced yoga in Hollie's class yesterday and she spoke of being balanced where you eat to live and not live to eat.  With the holiday season upon us I will try to work on this as a goal.

My periodontal appointment was a good one.......I will be going back on Tuesday, December 11 for a minor surgery to clean out a pocket of a back tooth.

I managed to vacuum yesterday and clean one bathroom. Work done.  I also went to the Sisterhood Winter Auction and got myself scented hand lotions and a scarf and gloves.... all told...I spent $24.

I was able to have a phone session with Judith and I scheduled another one.

Today I will practice yoga and walk.  I hope to get some chores done and start my new book. I will be going to ShopRite for groceries and my brother Stephen is visiting me.  Of course I will speak to Charles before his volleyball game.

Life is good.

I'm feeling balanced and happy about that.
