GRATITUDE FOR A WESTHAMPTON VACATION

I am grateful to the Almighty for my latest vacation to Westhampton.

I am able to be.  I am able to be calm and quiet.  I am able to respond and not react.  I breathe.  I say my mantras in the morning as I walk.
