GRATEFUL FOR LETTING GO

 I am grateful to the Almighty because He has helped me LET GO OF THAT WHICH DOESN'T SERVE ME.

Each morning when I awake, I am grateful for the new day.  I am happy, healthy and in love thanks to the Almighty.

Last night, I felt that my wrist was healed so I practiced yoga and walked.  I feel so much better.

I try t think of the recent past and the joys that I have had daily.

Today, Charlie and I are going to make my annual trip to my parents cemetery. I am so grateful that he wants to do this for me.

Thank you Almighty for the good in my life.
