I am grateful to the Almighty because He has allowed me to put a positive spin on life.
I am very aware of this because I have PTSD. Therefore my goal is to wake up with gratitude and remember very very recent history.
Last night we met at Greek XPress for dinner and played Mahjong at Rhonnie's. Next week we will play at my house.
Today I will go food shopping. I hope to walk AND practice yoga.
Thank you Almighty for helping me to put a positive spin on my life.
