I am grateful to the Almighty because He is sending me on an adventure today.
I'm driving out to Charles after myYoga Exercise class and going to the Smithhaven Mall.....a place that I've never been.
Thank you Almighty for all my new adventures.

I am grteful to the Almighty because I am alive and healthy and He has given me a wonderful life.
Yesterday Charles and I went holiday shopping at the Walt Whitman Mall. It was beyond fun walking with him and shopping. We enjoyed every moment together.
We came home....had dinner....and watched Succession.....and went to bed.
I will see him tomorrow when I drive out to St. James and we go to the SmithHaven Mall.
Today I will practice yoga in Leslie's class. Matzah is getting a grooming and I need to go to Ben's to order my Hanukkah dinner.......I'm having another party on December 4th.
Tonights dinner at Pasteria and MahJong with the girls.
It's a wonderful life.

My Pre-Thanksgiving Party was absolutely amazing.
Everyone got along and the day was a beautiful one.
Charles and I had sex this morning and it was beyond belief wonderful.
Today Charles and I will go holiday shopping.

I am grateful to the Almighty because Friday morning He encouraged to practice yoga.
My daughters especially are like their father in that abusing me at times is the way to go. Psychological abuse is the way to go for Hilary.......I'm beyond tired of discussing being tested for COVID 19. As far as Dana, why must I look for crayons right before Shabbos?
I was feeling sad but the Almighty encouraged me to practice yoga. Leslie spoke of respecting and loving ourself and it resonated within me.......I WAS FINE AFTER THAT!
My hair blow out is beautiful.
I came home to walk, pick up fruit and I found crayons!!!!
Charles arrived and we had a wonderful Sabbath dinner followed by lots of laughing!!!
I did not attend services today as in the afternoon I'm having my Pre-Thanksgiving Party. Everything is set up for a wonderful afternoon.

Today is the beginning of the Sabbath. I will not be practicing yoga today as I took 2 classes yesterday. It's raining and I won't be walking. I need to pick up fruit at Happy Farms and crayons for Madalyn.
Tomorrow is my Pre-Thanksgiving Party. Charles, Michael and my family are coming and I am delighted.

Yesterday I hung out with Jane and it was truly wonderful to make a new friend and welcome her into my home.
I practiced yoga in Hollie's class and truly enjoyed it.
It was like summer and I got to take a beautiful walk.
Today I will again practice yoga in 2 classes and walk.
I feel as though I have been blessed.

The moment gives you power. There is power in the present. As I look at the beauty of Fall foliage....I appreciate each moment.
I have Charles too to thank for my new ability to live in the present moment as that is where he is.
Today I will practice yoga and walk. Hopefully Freddy will be able to come over and do some more work.
I'm making progress for Saturday's party. Yesterday I finalized the dinner plans with Pasteria. I checked out Happy Farms and will pick the food up on Friday. I bought wine, underpants for Remi and Hanukkah presents which I had wrapped. I even did sone cleaning. I'm breaking it down now into parts......a lot easier for me.
I spoke to my brother Stephen....then....Margie.....then Dana!
Jane is hanging out with me today....should be fun.
