GRATEFUL FOR GOING TO THERAPY

I am grateful to the Almighty for sending me to PLAINVIEW CARES who sent me to ALANA who sent me to JUDITH my therapist.

I have learned so much about myself and my life in the last eleven weeks.

I am not a person in grief.  That is why I found it difficult to mourn the psychopath/sociopath/hoarder.

I am in RECOVERY FROM TRAMA.

That makes so much sense because it encompasses my entire life.  I felt so relieved to know this that I slept through the entire night.

Thank you Almighty for sending me to therapy.

I am grateful.
