GRATEFUL FOR LEARNING ABOUT RECOVERY

I am grateful to the Almighty for sending me Judith my therapist.

It was from her that I learned that I was suffering from trauma and am in recovery.

I am a strong and capable woman.

I know that with the Almighty's help I will move forward from this dark place and become myself. 

I survived for so many years.

I am capable.

I can become whole again with the Almighty's help.
